If the settlement agent is unable to provide a copy of the Owners Policy, please scan the signed Settlement Statement and send to fntgpolicyrequestowners@fnf.com.

If the settlement/closing agent is unable to provide, please scan the title commitment/prelim, settlement statement, recorded mortgage and closing instructions and send to fntgpolicyrequest@fnf.com.
